Compliance aspect about physical address
Since a community site requires to send transactional and/or marketing emails, a physical address is a MUST. So, for people like me who are running the whole business from home, how are you managing the physical address? TIA! <3
Great question. A few viable US options: coworking membership (mail only if you have no interest in physically working there), mailing store address service, local USPS post office box

Depending where you live... Virtual offices are a common thing nowadays, so you can find one or register a company like an LLC and use the registration address. That's what I do!

What was your purpose behind registering it as an LLC? I mean, is your community venture based on an established business already? Or are you still in the pre-revenue phase? What I'm trying to figure out is when one should consider forming an LLC. Thanks again, JF! <3
The GS I have a established business, so I already have a registered company.
A company like an LLC gives you more legal protection especially if it has limited liability, and it also gives you better reputation and professionalism.
I would form one once you are ready to sell products and services. Before starting selling, set up the whole income flow through the LLC and you are good to go.
