Complete lessons by default
I see that not many of my students use complete lessson button. So I cannot follow their progress. Is there any way to make it more practical? If they will open a lesson it counts as a lesson complition?
Some LMS have a function in which you can set a minimum % of video consumed prior to being able to see the next one.
Not sure how they implement this, but it was a recent feature in the past years that allowed this.
Also, I think you could toy with the settings of self paced or not, within the courses settings. Maybe thereβs a similar option.
Jorge de los ReyesΒ I used Membership.io before this and it has triggers for Lesson or Playlist complete. I used those triggers to associate with Tags, which then revealed the next lessons or playlists.
I think the trick here is to restrict the next lesson to only those with a tag that indicates they completed the previous lesson/playlist.
William BeemΒ I was thinking of Thrive Apprenticeβs drip content feature.
So flexible!
No need of workflows.
You just select how the drip will go.
And the open next lesson when previous has been completed itβs quite straightforward π
I think that an enhancement of the drip feature may introduce something like this with no need of tagging if thereβs no need π
Jorge de los ReyesΒ That's nice when it's built-in. I'm good either way.
Jorge de los ReyesΒ I think this would be a great idea to add the roadmap. I think it would also be good to allow us to reset the status if we update the video or materials in a lesson.
SeanΒ Yes! That's actually a cool feature I like about Skool.
