Community Profile Basic Information

Is there a way to add fields in the member's profile that match fluentCRM?

like add Prefix, Date of Birth, Address Information. It would be good for them to upload this, but also have the option to hide it from the public.

If we had their Birthday info, we could send them a birthday message.
