Change default feed page with custom one

Hi, when user login is redirected to the standard feed page (/portal). Is there any way to redirect him to a custom homepage with the theme compatibility? cause I have a lms website, not all people are inside spaces, so I'd like to have a static page with custom news they can get when they login
