Case study recently shared
Hi everyone,
WPMN (FluentCommunity) just published a case study about how we rebuilt the member experience for En Busca del Fuego using FluentCommunity and the WPManageNinja ecosystem.
Before the switch, our setup worked, but it was fragmented: courses in apprentice, private content, member access, email workflows and bookings were spread across too many tools (also a deprecated community in BuddyBoss was around). The main problem was not only technical. It was operational complexity for scalability.
FC helped us bring everything into one clearer system: a centralized member portal, a cleaner experience for members, and a more scalable foundation for future digital products around legal strategy, AI and business education.
What I like most is that it fits naturally inside WordPress and connects with the tools we already use: Fluent Forms, FluentCRM, FluentBooking and the rest of the stack. For a consultant, educator or creator who wants control without rebuilding everything on external SaaS platforms, that matters a lot.
the missing piece for us is FluentCart implementation. The team is already working hard for EU compliance, and once done. Iβm sure many webmasters in EU will love this tandem.

Huge thanks to the FluentCommunity and WPManageNinja team for sharing our story.
Special shout-out to Prema AnjumΒ , the author of the article, for capturing our story so clearly and turning a fairly complex WordPress setup story into a very readable case study.
Also, Iβve seen there are many other case studies. So, do not hesitate to take a look!
Thank you so much for your help and support in this story's build-up.
