Can FluentCart Make Selling Digital Products Easy?
While we are still building FluentCart, Paul C has published a detailed video on how to sell digital products, subscriptions, and licensing.
Additionally, you can offer options to upgrade plans to your customers. Which is super handy to generate more sales!
We are working on FluentCommunity Integration, what features do you want? Please let us know in the comments. Would love to hear your thoughts.
having a store inside the community like facebook marketplace would be great
My first thought is to replace Fluent Forms as my cart/payment system for community access and subscription.
I'm going to use FluentCart on my photography community for that reason, and also to sell my old gear when I'm ready to upgrade.
We've thought about creating our own physical products, like painted canvas backgrounds.
Even though FluentCart will be on the same WordPress site as the community, I wouldn't want to limit access only to community members for that site. I think it's just easier to have these tools on the same site as FluentCRM and anything that has WordPress accounts for users.
William Beem yes I agree, this is the most logic..
- One click course/space purchase. No need for add to cart or other steps
- FluentCart: My account page to inherit the Fluent community theme User interface
Hi Shahjahan Jewel a
Ideally, for integration into FC:
The person purchases a license of a given duration, which they must enter into their account in order to access what that license allows.
Example:
License A: courses 1, 2, and 3 for a duration of 6 months
License B: course 1 for a duration of 3 months
Shahjahan Jewel it will be awesome to be able to send a client a payment link during a zoom call for instance, and let them complete the transaction immediately...OR be able to complete the transaction on their behalf while on the call...
Debo Ogunrinde already have that feature :)
I' like a little kid waiting on my birthday. When O' When is it coming out. Shahjahan Jewel please say SOON! Would love to ell Event tickets. Eventbrite has served its purpose. Fluent CRM + Fluent Cart + Fluent booking is a one stop solution for the BILLION Dollar Event business industry.... Shahjahan Jewel wpeventmanager.com nickels and dime us but it may have a product that the Ninjas can quickly build and combine with the other Fluent products easily. By the way we Love Fluent CRM and Fluent Community... Booking is Solid Gold!
Shahjahan Jewel Maybe its already planned for. But the option to sell individual courses, or a membership that gives access to all current and future courses.
I mentioned it before but I'm gonna mention it again (and The Color Of Marriage also said)... Event management (simple at first but of course would love advanced features).
- Physical, Digital, Event
- Start/End date/time
- Option to set a date to change the category (from "Upcoming" to "Past") - basically an automation that runs on the back-end
- Packages (for example: yoga classes, meditation classes, breathwork classes, etc) for different purchase options (buy 2, get 1 free, B1 get 50% off, etc)
Sell access to pages, single page or a group of pages.
Paid newsletter with FluentCRM
Adam George this 👆prob the one thing that blocks me from switching over.. attach a product to a page/post/custom post type
Shahjahan Jewel will there be an integration inside FluentBooking like Woo or will the integration be on the FluentCart side only?
The integration could be with both community as well as CRM. Example, a client does not even go on the store, have a special tag or list and gets access to the comunity portal special areas, and get also access to the store things that that list gets access to.
Or, if a costumer buys a thing, gets in a list or gets a tag that gives it access to the community in some areas. Other areas would be maintained as subscription only, from the store.
There are so many things where all the products could be combined in multiple ways and directions.
Shahjahan Jewel so what i am asking is to have a way of connecting cryptocurrency payment gateways into FluentCart. For example, CoinGate or BitPay as a plugin. To accept cryptocurrency payments for digital files and connect to an NFT platform to leverage NFT technology. And another plugin to connect FluentCart to an NFT platform. NFTs are blockchain-based digital ownership tokens. where most mint the NFTs representing the digital art or print on popular NFT platforms like OpenSea, Rarible, or specialized platforms such as Zora or Foundation. What I am asking is to create a way either to embed the NFT purchase links or galleries to FluentCart. Have a way to add a plugin to transport the NFT marketplace to FluentCart, or use a blockhain api service to connect FluentCart to Ethereum or one of the up and coming blockchains.
or have a way where you can upload the digital piece. and convert the license in FluentCart to that of the crypto payment plugin to be minted to that of the platform that has already been established. If you look into this you will get the gist of what i am saying.
WPTuts is a great video. But when you add this to it, it makes it extreme.
I’d love to test FluentCarts for compliance with legal requirements in Germany. Is there any chance you could add me as a beta tester, Shahjahan Jewel ?
Do you need FluentForms in order to use FluentCart? Or is there any combination with the 2 that excels in some way?

Would like to sell course with thrive apprentice.
I”d like to replace woocommerce
Adam George I'm hoping for this also
Take a look at: https://plugandpay.nl/
for optimizing your checkout page and options (order bumps etc.).
We had to implement this because FluentCart is not ready yet.
We also migrated over hundred Learndash Courses manually.
Asking for a beta account for FluentCart also to test it on so many courses. Now we have to manually create over hundred Webhooks for all these courses with Plug&Pay.

M. Stevens Incan Shamanism... I'm intrigued. :)
Wendy Shoef Living and Breathing this since 2011.
Translation to English will follow next year.
Can we split the earnings on a product with another person, like a co-author or partner?
Shahjahan Jewel We sell e-books and watermark them with some user information provided by Woo. This is a common practice on Brazilian market so, please, make this happen.
3+ years using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/waterwoo-pdf/
Features:
- Order Bumps suggestions when a product is added to the cart/bag or the cart icon is clicked. also on checkout
- free gift when you reach the spending goal
marcelo angelim Order Bump is on our roadmap. Free gift should not as core feature. Maybe addons that any 3rd party can build.

One last observation: from Paul's video, it seamed like the user was forced to choose between digital and physical product. In my case, I sell I hybrid one, the physical book also includes the digital copy.
Thank you
Please add in Pause-able subscriptions. I need my users to be able to pause, cancel, or refund their subscriptions at anytime. This would be amazing to add into Fluentcart as well. I plan on buying Fluentcart lifetime plan as soon as it's out
Fluent Cart is very VERY promising.
Is there any expected time set to when it launches?
Shahjahan Jewel If possible, I would like to be a beta tester for fluentcart.
I would like to have access to FluentCart in advance so I can test it with my community. 🤗😝
Being able to sell subscriptions to courses for a specific time frame and then have their access revoked if not renewed. Also to be able to sell bundles of course / communities access.
Lindsay Warne Awesome idea. Both can be done easily with the current version of FluentCart.
A simple way to migrate from a system like WooCommerce or Surcart to FluentCart.
This will save us from long sleepless nights and make it easier for us to migrate our websites to your solution.Hello Shahjahan Jewel,
one of the most important functions is the integration of all essential rules and conditions for the european market. For Woo, there are plugins like Germanized or German Market. It would be great if nothing additional was needed. I use the latter. Feel free to take a look here:

Being able to sell & manage tickets would be awesome! Yesterday I bought a ticket for an event through cm.com straight from another buyer (idea Ticketswap) with a protection layer on top to prevent black market practices and their exorbitant pricing.
This might be not in the cards now, but one can wish for something, right?
