Calling All Creators: How Do You Handle Audio in Your Courses?
Iβm diving into a little project and would love to hear from you all! π§β¨
Iβm curious β how do you add audio to your courses?
Do you upload it directly to your course platform, or do you have a clever βworkaroundβ to get it in there? Or maybe you link directly to an external site like your website or something else?
Iβd love to hear whatβs working for you and any tips or hacks you might have up your sleeve!
Looking forward to hearing your genius ideas! π

I wouldn't recommend uploading audio or video directly to your web server. I'm using Bunny Streaming for video. I believe it can also handle audio. It's rather inexpensive and using a media server distributes the load so it's not all on your web server.
Thank you. Often software shows an audio feature where you can directly listen to the audio or you see instantly that it is an audio. Now I have to place a linkβ¦ Shahjahan JewelΒ is this correct or do I overlook something? ππ
Ria KaashoekΒ I think you can embed the audio player as an iframe, same as you would with video.
William BeemΒ never thought of it! π
Ria KaashoekΒ I bought Vidtags from AppSumo. I upload the audio there and embed the pretty custom audio player.
Vidtags will likely be back on AppSumo for Black Friday or theyβll likely sell you a lifetime deal if you email them.
I think you can host your audio just about anywhere and then embed it in the lesson like I do.
