Bulk Add Users to Spaces
This likely doesn't come up often, but it would be handy to allow a bulk add of users to spaces.
I'm restructuring my Groups and Spaces. Some discussions in the old spaces get moved to a new one. I can't move a discussion started by someone who isn't a space member, which means I have to move everyone over before I can move the discussion.
Bulk editing would be a nice feature in this case.
Easiest way: Use FluentCRM Contact's bulk action.
Shahjahan Jewel Thanks, I realized that the issue is coming up with my tags for the new groups and adding them to users in FluentCRM. The old method had the same tag for all the spaces because I gave everyone access to everything. Now I'm planning something different.
You're right, this is the easiest way once I define my access management plan. I just didn't think it through before I posted. 🤣

Note to self: Automations run better when you take them out of draft mode.
The solution isn't just adding the access tag. Since the Spaces are private, I also needed an automation to trigger after adding the tag to join them to each space. All working now.
William Beem you can actually add the selected contacts to a space or course (no need to add to tags or lists)
