Block Visibility plugin

I'm trying to use a Block Visibility plugin. The plugin works fine on the Wordpress end but not the Fluent Community course page editor.
I'm trying to make certain blocks visible only to specific users.
Has anyone been able to find a solution for this that doesn't require building a new space or course for that?
