Best Practices: Fluent CRM Forms vs Forms Pro

Trying to determine where i should put my focus at when building forms. Should I do it within the Fluent CRM or should I do so separately in Fluent Forms Pro? I'm trying to keep everything super simple and clean.

I have real estate agents that work for me. They go out and record video content and people that are interested in contacting them will fill out a form on their page. Ideally, the contact info is sent to the agent. I want to setup tasks and follow-up emails to the contact after the agent makes the initial contact with them. Trying to sort out best way to do this. I think want the agents to manage the leads inside of Fluent CRM and follow tasks assigned to their lead.

Hope I'm making sense.

Forms will end up in Fluent Forms interface either way. If you do it in FluentCRM, it just does the connection for you.
