adding ref link so Ninjas can filkow - the issue with the floating bubble menu was reported already many times but was not fixed yet.

Still... if the text area field is "small" like for one or two-liner and you highlight any word located close to the left or right or any edge/screen side (Mobile view with Firefox is better for the issue replication) and you try to use the formatting/floating bubble menu it hides outside the text area. I just wrote this case scenario so Ninjas wont forget how to replicate it.
