AWS SES Denied Production Access Request

I submitted the production access request with a detailed response to the information they asked:

  1. Types of emails 2. Email sending frequency and volume 3. Email management and compliance 4. Unsubscribe management 5. Example email content 6. Domain verification status: Domain, email, DKIM, SPF, DMARC verified 7. Email Quality Assurance 8. Technical Infrastructure

I believe it went wrong with this statement in my response:

"We are currently in pre-launch/beta mode and setting up our infrastructure, including verified email delivery via SES, to ensure compliance and deliverability from day one. We plan to open for public registration within the next 1-2 weeks. The homepage currently shows a pre-launch message while we finalize the public-facing content, but the community portal backend is fully operational and ready for member communications."

Can this be resolved now with another request, after removing the maintenance/coming soon page? I'd appreciate your help/suggestions on this! πŸ™

We are a consulting firm new to AWS-SES and have spent nearly 2 weeks trying to set up services to connect with FluentSMTP for use with FluentCRM. Client has been in business for almost six years and are highly rated craft brewery with long-standing site. Client has been using MailChimp free plan until latest price changes. And we have twice been denied removal of "sandbox" status with similar response as the one above. Does ANYONE have any suggestions as to how we might resolve this. AWS seems to be refusing to provide any meaningful guidance.
