Award ribbon

We have a leaderboard that through earning points increases rank and shows the leaders for the week, month and all time.

It would be great to have an activity feed, some sort of horizontal roadmap where we can put up rewards for achieving ranks at our discretion.

The rewards could be:

1. Files (Checklists, presentations, etc.)

2. Course access

3. Space access

4. Icon next to name

5. Course discount

6. Partner discounts (promo)

7. +50 +100 +150 to rating

   etc.

Even adding the ability to implement rewards to the current rank table would already be nice.
