Automatic Closing Options and Solution Management
I would like to have an option to close comments automatically under certain criteria:
By age/inactivity : To be able to set that if after 30-90 days the post has no activity to close the comments and mark it as "Inactive".
Solved/Resolved - By user : Allow the original author of a post containing a question to have the option to mark his own thread as "Solved" or "Resolved".
And thus avoid repeated or redundant comments when the post is already marked as solved.
This would be such a useful feature - and seems easier to implement (a conditional restriction)than adding new functionality.
