π€ Assessment quizzes and course access duration
I am beginning to explore the full potential of Fluent Community (I hold a 50-site licence). At present, I am finalising a comprehensive course on understanding and using Artificial Intelligence, which I plan to release on 25 May.
However, this launch cannot proceed without the ability to assess learners through quizzes.
I therefore have the following question:
1. Do you have an approximate date for the integration of assessment quizzes?
Another matter: I am considering offering various access levelsβfor example, for teachers who would like to use the course in class. To do this, it must be possible to manage the duration of access to the course.
Hence my second question:
2. Have you planned to allow course access to be limited for a defined period (e.g., 12 months)?
I am aware that certain plugins can provide these features, but if Fluent were able to manage courses, quizzes, account creation, and subscriptions directly, that would be ideal and far cleaner for the optimal operation of the sites.
Thank you for taking the time to read my message.

- Quizes: I don't have an exact date, but most probably within this quarter.
- We don't have any plan built in for that. But you can currently do that with FluentCRM Automation. So when someone enrolls in a course, start the automation, wait 12 months, and then remove from the course. It should be super easy.
Shahjahan JewelΒ are there plans to integrate FluentForms? A simple shortcode would do great as a start
Natascha VantuykomΒ The quiz module should be built in to make the process super easier.
Shahjahan JewelΒ Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to respond so candidly. I must admit I was hopeful about the quiz feature, as a fortnight ago another client raised the same question and you replied, βProbably within a month.β Still, I understand that things do not always move as quickly as we might wish.
I have begun reviewing the capabilities of FluentCRM, but I am not entirely certain about one point and would appreciate clarification. Does the plugin allow course access to be withdrawn without removing the member from the site altogether? I ask because excluding someone entirely would be damaging both to our image and to business.
Thank you for your reply - I know you are very busy.
--- I have not forgotten about translating FluentCommunity into French. The task is proving more complex than anticipated, even with DeepL automation. I am making corrections as I discover them, yet at least two strings remain impossible to translate (as previously reported). π
D@vid DavidΒ the Search on chat app is already translatable in the latest beta. The "Leave Space" will be available in the next update (already done on the dev mode).
D@vid DavidΒ Regarding FluentCRM Automation for removing a course: Yes, it will remove the full history of the student. I think it will not add any value for the 90% of the users. Maybe you can do that with a custom PHP snippet about if they can view the lessons or not. We will share the PHP hooks after a few updates.
Shahjahan JewelΒ Thank you for your reply; allow me to clarify a little:
The goal is not to provide anything new to the learner, but rather to manage multiple, distinct course-access periods.
From your response, I understand that the customer and their history would be deleted. If that is indeed the case, it would be highly detrimental for the company, as it would mean losing both a client and valuable data.
D@vidΒ When I am saying "it will remove the full history of the student" this means, the course related data of the student (lesson tracking) will be deleted. it's the same as "Remove a student" from admin UI.
Shahjahan JewelΒ Regarding quizzes - will you then have the option for Linear Progress - meaning that a student can't advance to the next lesson before finishing the previous one? What question types are the quizzes plan to have?
