Allow post photo only Post

Any possibility allow people post media only (photo, video, file) without forcing them type some text into post? I noticed that comments allow this. I have community focused on media content a lot and most of them if they dont want spend time with creating some text use just emoji to post few photos. It can be as option in community settings allow/disallow this.
