(FIXED) All members page visible for everyone

I have 2 seperate communities under 1 fluent community. These are secret comunnities they can not see anything from each other. But the problem is that on the members page they can see everyone also from the other community. How can I fix this?

I fixed it by setting all members page for Admin only
