Add User Badges to differentiate Fluent members from regular users

In addition, you can add User Badges such as:
Ambassadors
- Role: Represent and spread the value of the community to the outside.
- Mission: Inspire, promote the community mission, and attract like-minded people to join the community.
Navigators
- Role: Lead and support members within the community.
- Mission: Orient, answer questions, and accompany members on their personal and career development journey.

Great idea! We also need to be able to assign multiple badges to a single member. e.g. someone could be both a team member and a navigator. The screenshot below is from a circle group I'm in.
