Add "target _blank" for links in TERMS label (for custom registering form)

Hi, I wish add two link for read Conditions of using my community but the link open on same page.

It's not realy useful because the user complete the form and will redirect if click for read Conditions. The conversion rate was influenced.

Have you plan to add the feature for choice the type of target on a link ?
