Add full caching Support

Would love to see CloudFlare + CDN + wpRocket all supported as caching mechanisms with FluentCommunity. I also have heard people talking about supporting Redis and Litespeed.

It would be good to choose a few partners to help with testing of the code,to ensure everything works as designed. I know this may mean significant changes to the code-base to accommodate and detect specific data being cached, but i think the end results would be well worth it.
