I might be doing something wrong or misunderstanding something.
I have the following scenario. A user buys access to course A + access to space A. I manage this with tags. Person joins with TagA.
When someone leaves the space, they cannot join again and have to buy again of ask for access. I can use the checkmark: sync with space access, but then the entire tag is removed from their profile.
I would like someone to freely join and leave a space/course they bought, but not have other people able to access.
Martijn Meijer what do you mean by “leaves a space”? If the tag is removed by your ecommerce, then no more access. As long as they still have TagA applied to them, they should be able to access.
Debo Ogunrinde thanks! I know, but they will have to request access. They cannot just join again, even though they do have the tag.
Initial access works.
Removing the tag revokes access.
But the user leaving and joining the space themselves is causing problems and is confusing for people.
