Acces via Paymatic
I have build a form in Paymatic and ist works. But I can not connect it to Fluent Community. I also checked the integration with the form. And there is te integration. But How can i now give the User Acces to the Community. How can the user get the credentials to acces?? Is there a possibility that the user gets these credentials after payment automatically??
Yes, itβs definitely possible, and there are actually a bunch of ways to make it happen!
If youβre using Fluent CRM and Uncanny Automator, itβs pretty straightforward. Hereβs how it works:
- The buyer completes their purchase.
- This triggers a βrecipeβ in the system.
- A special tag gets applied to the userβs profile for the community space.
- The user gets access to the community.
Super simple, right?
If you want to get fancy, you can make it as complex as you like with Uncanny Automator. You could set up more detailed automations to tailor the process further.
But since this project isnβt fully fine-tuned to your specific needs yet, we might need to think outside the box a little. You donβt even necessarily have to stick with Paymatic. If youβre already using another payment method, like WooCommerce, you can integrate that with Uncanny Automator or Flowmatic and still get the same result.
Honestly, the possibilities are endless here!
Keren HEIDMANNΒ what if I am using fluent community and fluent forms pro?
Then do I need any kind of Automator?
Can I get the job done with just community and forms?
Thanks!
Erin WrightΒ yes you could do memberships with just forms pro
But if i only want to use Paymatic (since i bought it allready)??
Tobias AinΒ since you cannot integrate Paymattic directly with Uncanny Automator or Flowmattic, you can make use of FluentCRM,
This article should help with that.

Hello TobiasΒ , Regarding user login credentials, you can retrieve them directly from the user's form input fields. After submitting the form, users can log in with their submitted username and password.
Additionally, you can send the default WordPress welcome email after form submission, allowing users to set up their login credentials.
You can configure the settings to "Join spaces on payment success only," ensuring that users can join only after a successful payment. The creds won't work before that.
