2FA Code not sending
Hey! So when I try to sign up for my community, the 2FA code doesn't send. FluentSMTP doesn't work either, it just infinitely spins when I try to run tests, but when I try other SMTP plugins they work just fine.
Has anyone else had a similar issue and know how to fix?
Are you seeing those emails on the logs? If yes, can you check the error message if there has any on that logs?
Shahjahan JewelΒ no errors are logged with fluent smtp, all other smtp plugins work but I wanted to use fluent to keep it all under one brand. But fluent just spins infinitely
I have similar issue!! STMP not showing any error logs⦠Users also checked all folders (spam,promotions). It has been the same with 5+ people, but 50+ others had no problem. Shahjahan Jewel is it possible to maybe turn off 2FA if we want or maybe manually accept them? Cuz I have no idea how to approve them into community now
TjaΕ‘a PeterleΒ sounds like exactly what I'm going through. Me and others were not able to go through 2FA but support told me it worked fine for them
Clovis ShropshireΒ same!! Support tried to help but we couldnβt find the issueβ¦ the solution that I went is removing 2FA with code snippet and now all members entered with no problem
