YouTube always needs reconnecting
Is it just me? Every few days I have to delete my YouTube connection and then recreate it. Same API key, just needs adding again.
Otherwise, I get a no videos found error.
We’ve identified the issue that caused YouTube feeds to require frequent reconnection and show a “No videos found” error, even when using a valid API key. This issue occurred specifically when YouTube data was collected using a channel handle (for example, @YouTubeChannelHandle). The fix has already been applied to our development branch.
To get this resolved for you sooner, please open a support ticket. Our support team will share a beta version with the fix included.
After installing the beta version, please clear the cache:
- Go to All Templates
- Select affected YouTube template
- Click the Actions button
- Select Clear Cache
