Wordpress credentials not sent for new accounts created.

Despite my having set up the form and system correctly, the form is not sending welcome messages with login credentials to new users on successful submission. Could you kindly assist me, please?

Hi Tichaona, I don't think you have your SMTP set up so that your website can send emails. This happened to me when creating a new Wordpress website. It wasn't sending user account details to the users I was adding.

Thanks for your reply. Unless I'm getting it wrong somewhere, I can confirm that the SMTP is set up correctly and functioning well. I'm using the plugin on a subsite of a WP Multisite network and am unsure if that could be causing the issue.

This is driving me up the wall, and I now have to modify the User Dashboard page in ways that I'd happily not have done.
