Portal contents not displaying
🌟 Hey everyone! I'm having a bit of trouble with my community portal. When I'm logged out or accessing the community in a another browsers or devices, the portal remains completely empty, but all the content shows up perfectly when I'm logged in. 🤔
I've spent the last two days combing through the settings, but I can't seem to find the issue. I have another community on a different website that displays content in both logged-in and logged-out modes, and I’ve checked both sets of settings side by side with no luck.
✨ If anyone has experience with this or knows the exact setting I might be missing, I would really appreciate your help! Thanks in advance!
Few things may happen:
- When you are logged in then your server is not doing caching and you are seeing the portal contents
- When you are Logged out, your server is doing extensive caching and the dynamic content cannot be loaded.
Check caching or plugin conflicts.
