Hello, im just a simple cook living in Malta..
i look after a few websites and im interested in developing communities, i bought the licence for fluent communities and im looking forward to developing them .... however im a bit perplexed as to the set up of spaces etc .... can any one point me in the direction of any video tutorials as to how best to manage the spaces etc etc... id appreciate it

If you search for any guidance you can visit the official website docs section but also you can read this post: unofficial starter guide (which might be outdated but still it is a step by step basic explanation created for Bets testers some time ago).
