Hi everyone, I have been working with the Fluent ecosystem to build custom communication and operations platforms.
My background spans 20+ years across communications, systems development, and construction, so I tend to approach things from a practical, systems-first perspective.

Welcome. I've been building systems for quite a while and have been using WP Manage Ninja products to help clients with their own sovereign system to get away from SaaS platforms. They've created quite a useful suite of products that work well together.

William Beem What would you say is the most number of hours you put into a v1 build, William?
Bill Mauger That's hard to say for two reasons.
1: I bill by project, not by hourly rate.
2: Most of my build projects are custom jobs, rather than just setting up a server and adding some plugins. There's the configuration of each plugin and the integration. Add in some automations/workflows depending on the client requests; it just varies from one job to the next.
What would you consider a v1 build? I keep a site on my dev server with most of the basics ready to clone over to the client, so that I can speed things up for a basic build and deploy.
