I am trying to see if Fluent Community is the right platform to develop a big community (about 18K users).

I have installed my license today.

Finally getting around to introducing myself! My name is Matthew Wayne Selznick. I'm an author, veteran podcasting pioneer (since 2004), independent publishing veteran (2005), and my day job is helping other creators bring their works to fruition, to market, and to the people who most need them.

I'm coming to the Fluent ecosystem (FluentCart Pro, FluentCRM Pro, Fluent SMTP, and Fluent Forms, so far) after trying MemberPress (too expensive) and WooCommerce (just... no). I've been working in WordPress since version 2.something or other, and currently build sites almost exclusively with Bricks Builder.

I live in Southern California.

I think the new Fluentcommunity Follow Module still needs improvement. No notification/email of new follower. I had to visit my own profile to see new follower (Rupesh Padhi Rupesh Padhi). And its pathetic.. after so much engagement, commenting, providing feedback to this community.. it still feels empty, lacks true engagement amongst users... kinda feels like being in a silo.. ratiod follow count? or lacks the mechanics to draw users into following each other.. and staying in touch in the community.. anyways going outdoors for a bike ride

how do i get license from a site that has been deleted...need license for new site

As a web designer I've used my share of SaaS software. One year I spent over $400 a month just on my contracting and small business work. It's time to ween myself off SaaS since I'm doing a bootstrapped startup I need to think of satisficing features for utility costs. The Markdown format is particularly useful for use with LLMs, allowing the documentation to be easily integrated into artificial intelligence contexts.
