hey i need help, i bouth the fluent forms pro version and now in my installation of this plugin nothing is poping up where i can enter my licence code. and now i cannot use the feature and lost money, but i need it . because i havet to go online in 2 days with this formular. all looks so easy and now no field is visible. under "Configure Integrations".. help me out please
Honestly i am unable to sign up student into my community. The sign-up button isn't responding and student are stranded. I have opened a ticket, yet no response from the support team and time is not on my side

We are currently using WordPress Multisite for our website, kantoor (wich means office in Dutch), which will be focussing on news, knowledge sharing, training, and expert author contributions. We already have Fluentforms installed and we are considering using FluentCRM, along with Fluent Boards, Fluent Community, and Fluent Support, to manage various aspects of our platform.
Our main website, kantoor.nl, is primarily used for information dissemination and user registrations. We are considering hosting the more resource-intensive plugins, such as FluentCRM, Fluent Boards, Fluent Community, and Fluent Support, on a separate subsite, perhaps subsite.kantoor.nl.
This approach would allow us to:
- Potentially improve the performance of our main website, kantoor.nl, by offloading the heavier plugins to a separate subsite.
- Restrict access to the administrative tools to authorized personnel only.
- Customize the subsite admin.kantoor.nl specifically for our team's needs.
However, we have some concerns regarding the integration and data flow between the different subsites. Specifically, we would like to know:
- Is it possible to seamlessly integrate Fluent Forms on kantoor.nl with FluentCRM on subsite.kantoor.nl?
- How can we ensure that user data and interactions are properly synced between the different subsites?
- Are there any known limitations or best practices for using Fluent plugins in a WordPress Multisite environment?
We would greatly appreciate any insights or recommendations you can provide regarding this setup. We are eager to leverage the full potential of the Fluent ecosystem and believe that this approach could significantly benefit our platform.

I'm sending out emails directly from FluentCRM, but I still receive my emails in Outlook, which is not connected to FluentCRM. I do not see the incoming individual emails as an activity of a contact in Fluent CRM. How would this possible. Best would be an app which replaces Outlook.
