Who Else Wants a Native Fluent CRM, Desk & Projects App on the Go?
I’ve been using Zoho apps extensively for almost 7 years, but as we migrate to the Fluent family of plugins, we’re noticing quite a few missing features and everyday conveniences that used to make our lives easier.
A mobile app is a must for us, as we interact a lot with our leads in different ways. For example, the ability to quickly create or update a lead/contact while my phone is ringing is extremely useful. The same goes for projects: being able to create, review, or update tasks on the go is very important.
Support is also something we often handle while away from the desk.
On top of that, a native app would allow us to use the full power of the phone: for example, to record a call with a lead and attach it directly to the CRM record, upload notes or voice memos immediately after the call, and then trigger automations such as generating a call summary, suggesting next actionable steps, or sending feedback and context to the Account Owner automatically.
Now, I’m wondering if any of you also feel the need for a mobile app that allows you to manage your CRM, desk, and projects (boards) on the go.
I’m not talking about a PWA, but a native mobile app.
If you feel this need as well, and there are no official plans from the developers, our agency is considering building such an app.
Real questions:
- Is this something that interests you?
- Would you pay for it?
Regarding the app itself: is branding important to you?
There are two possible approaches:
- A shared Android / iOS app where you simply enter your own domain in the app and connect that way, or
- You have your own branded apps (built by us or via a platform), which increases complexity but gives you full control over branding.
I’d really like to hear your thoughts:
- Would you pay for a subscription? If yes, how much would seem reasonable?
- Would you prefer a one-time payment instead?
Looking forward to your feedback.
I think it's interesting, but not so much that I'm interested in paying for an app service.
Yes, that is exactly the reason why I don’t use Fluent Board. Because I’m missing a mobile app. I communicate with clients by phone, and very often I need to access FluentCRM from my mobile — and it’s a disaster. I would definitely be willing to pay for an app. I don’t need branding; a shared app would be enough for me.
yes we would definitely pay for this
