What keeps your work/life balance on autopilot?

The error in picture of the WP Manage Ninja login warning notification struck a cord with me. I was buying 9 of the plugins on an annual plan and was so excited about taking the next step in my startup journey that I typed the email wrong multiple times and the "Your trying too much, try again in 30 minutes" warning appeared.

This was apt, firstly, I'm doing a lot right now. The community is for a mobile app I'm launching that helps video game enthusiasts get better at video games while managing their lifestyle goals. Secondly, I've been doing the Wordpress thing for 2 decades as a contractor and started on my startup journey after learning React and getting my college degree in Human Computer Interaction at 38 years old.

I sometimes get the feeling I should slow down and not try too hard but I have a great routine that supports my products development:

Wake up at 4 am

drink a cup of coffee

read for an hour

go to the gym

another cup of coffee

work for 2 hours with the contractors overseas

content creation for an hour or two

OR

Break/Focus time where I strategize and review work/life balance

either go to my day part-time job as a traveling Sales Manager

OR

work the rest of the day on whatever the startup needs

Cool down period watching Disney+ or Hulu

or

Listening to podcasts

I've been doing this for the past 6 months and it's been keeping my work/life balance on point and avoiding getting burned out.
