I have submitted a support ticket four (4) days ago and have yet to receive a response.

Shahjahan Jewel Is there no one available to handle support requests during the holidays? Any respectable company at least notifies their customers when their support staff will be unavailable during the holidays. It's now been more than (6) days since I submitted a support ticket with no response. I guess I'll just have to issue a chargeback through my credit card company and dispute your charge on my credit card. This is a sad example of poor customer service.
