Welcome Client Vault - The WP plugin that combines a secure digital vault and automated client journeys for your clients

It is with immense joy and a touch of emotion that I announce today the official launch of Client Vault. I've been working quietly on this project for several months—one that is particularly close to my heart—and the time has finally come to share it with you.

For over twenty years, I've had the privilege of supporting entrepreneurs, whether through coaching, training, or building my own businesses. And throughout all these years, I’ve constantly faced a major challenge: finding the perfect solution that combines security, full ownership, independence, and long-term vision.

You know how much I love the Fluent ecosystem, especially Fluent Community However, I realized a piece of the puzzle was missing. For us entrepreneurs, coaches, and trainers, seamlessly sharing documents with our clients and ensuring the best possible results for our students can sometimes feel like an obstacle course. Traditional LMS solutions or current SaaS platforms simply don't go far enough in the learning experience. As a result, we often end up with teaching or CRM tools that lack true depth.

It’s from this frustration—which I'm sure many of you share—that Client Vault was born. I searched high and low for that rare gem, the one that would tick all the boxes, but it just didn't exist. Always wanting to offer the absolute best to my clients, I have personally struggled for a long time to optimize their journeys. Let’s be honest: the highly traditional, "Netflix-style" LMS format with a simple quiz at the end is no longer enough today. I deeply believe that a client's journey should be engaging, fun, and above all, highly customizable to their skill level and personal sensibilities.

This becomes even more meaningful when you are coaching multiple people simultaneously or running learning challenges with dozens of members. How do you truly elevate the quality of that learning experience?

That is exactly why I built Client Vault. I designed the solution I always dreamed of having, making sure it is agile enough to adapt to a wide variety of professions. My goal? To help as many entrepreneurs as possible build an authentic client relationship and a truly tailor-made learning path.
