Urgent Fluent Booking User Access Fix
I am building a platform of multiple hosts. Using the frontend portal, how can I edit host access according to the following?
- Hosts have access to use/connect ONLY Google Calendar (NO OTHER CALENDARS ALLOWED).
- Hosts should not have access to "Zoom Integration."
- Hosts should not have access to "Calendar Setting."
- EVENT EDIT: hosts should not have access to "Event Details."
- EVENT EDIT: hosts should not have access to "Question Settings."
- EVENT EDIT: hosts should not have access to "Email Notification."
- EVENT EDIT: hosts should not have access to "SMS Notification."
- EVENT EDIT: hosts should not have access to "Advanced Settings."
- EVENT EDIT: hosts should not have access to "Payment Settings."
- EVENT EDIT: hosts should not have access to "Webhooks Feeds."
- EVENT EDIT: hosts should not have access to "Integrations."
This is all information that users at the subscriber level should not have access to. All of these things are visible at the subscriber user level, which is not good at all.
Thanks. π
Normal hosts can only access to their own assets not others. Each host should have access their details to configure and control.
Site Admin can access all the details of all hosts.
Shahjahan JewelΒ that's what I thought, so I double-checked. A user at the subscriber level has access to only their calendar but also has access to all those other things too, which will allow hosts to edit admin settings that the admin set up for the platform settings.
Shahjahan JewelΒ It would be great if the admin could toggle on/off host access to these settings; otherwise, Fluent Booking is almost useless for me. Other than these features, Fluent Booking is almost perfect.
