UPDATE: SOLVED. Unable to Download New Purchase? Anyone Else?
UPDATE: Shajahan Jewel took care of this personally, early in his day. I suspect the problem was on Paypal's end, NOT on WP Manage Ninja's side. And I got great customer service from WP Manage Ninja. (Thanks!)

I purchased FluentCommunity and got a receipt (from Paypal), but the download link leads to a 404, my dashboard doesn't show a license, and my "Purchases" history says the transaction is "On hold."
I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this sort of problem and if it could it be related Fluent's transfer over to FluentCart.
I opened a ticket about this 6 hours ago, and I've not heard anything back yet, but I marked the ticket as "normal" urgency, though, so maybe I'm being impatient... :-)
my dashboard is working fine... yesterday i had to go there to copy the license and download the plugin and it was everything ok
Would you please share the Ticket ID so I can take a look personally.

My ticket number is #136686 . I just checked my account, and it still says the transaction is "On hold."
Melynda Would you please check now. I just checked the log and looked like web webhook processor could not process the paypal API request. Team is working on it and in the meantime, I have manually marked the order as completed.

If you have any problem with the payment, I'll be happy to do whatever I need to do to get you your money.
My bank shows the payment as "preauthorized," and Paypal sent me a receipt, so I'm not sure what happened.
When I went to Paypal to check on the payment, I was prompted to confirm the security of my account, so perhaps that was the problem? I'm not sure.
What I am sure of is that WPManageNinja provided great customer service.
