Reselling Licenses is Aloud?

Hi Everyone, I think title is self explenatory but to go further, I really appreciate this products and I'm thinking about making this little investment to then propose the plugin to my customer. But my question is, is it aloud to re-sell it from WPNinja policies? Could I sell it also by advertising it? If there is any policy doc I'm missing please let me know and I'll check it.

Anyway I'll jump soon in! Just need to check if tier 50 or not. You guys are simplifying my life and reducing costs of tools! Amazing work <3

Desire Furnari check T&C - Licensing section:

For Unlimited Domain and Agency Activation License purchase type, you are prohibited to re-sale / redistribute the license keys. You are allowed to use the license keys to your client projects where the end user may not be charged for the license key and You do full/partial development of the client’s site where WPManageNinja’s product is a small part of the development phase. WPManageNinja is the sole propitiator for the license keys and  rights to sale/distribute the license keys.

Note: as a workaround some Agencies might offer pseudo plugin implementation where they ask their "client" for their WP credentials and they only install the plugin ("product is a small part of the development phase") and activate the license but still that is not a partial or full website development condition AFAIK - it's a nice way of reselling the plugin for the Agency but it's a risky business. You can ask yourself a question why they sell (in reality resell) the "plugin implementation" for a cheaper price than a single license from the official Ninjas website etc.

PS. you can make legit money on plugins by using affiliate link - the best way to do it for you and the Ninjas Team and for the Client where the Client is the "license owner".

PS2. I dont think you can advertise the plugin and use the Ninjas brand - it is similar rule to what we see in DON'Ts for the affiliate program - Don'ts: "Use WPManageNinja or any of its branded keywords for paid search ads AND/OR Directly link to WPManageNinja or its brands' website URLs in paid ads."
