POV: You enable Dark Mode in FluentCRM… then switch to another FluentKit plugin 😎☀️

I'd love to see a persistent Light / Dark / System theme setting across all FluentKit apps.

Right now, it feels a bit odd that Dark Mode is enabled in FluentCRM or Boards, but the moment you switch to another FluentKit plugin... 💥 instant flashbang.

A unified theme preference across the entire FluentKit ecosystem would make the experience feel much more polished and consistent.

Should be synced. Which plugin is not getting synced? I will make sure it's synced in the next version of that plugin.

Shahjahan Jewel Thanks, Jewel!

I've noticed it in Forms, Booking, Affiliate, Fluent Player, and a few others. From my testing, Fluent Support seems to be the only one consistently respecting the system setting.

I think there are actually two related points here:

  1. Current behavior: If I set the theme to System (or Dark), only Fluent Support appears to follow it consistently. The other plugins don't seem to sync with that preference.
  2. Feature idea: It would be great if the theme preference were global across FluentKit, rather than stored per app. If I switch to Dark (or Light/System) from any FluentKit app, I'd expect every FluentKit plugin to immediately inherit that preference. It would make the whole suite feel much more cohesive.

It's a small UX improvement, but one that makes the ecosystem feel much more polished.

Shahjahan Jewel Please synchronize the languages. When using FluentKit, FluentForms are in English, while outside of it they are in Vietnamese.

Nice tocayo Jorge de los Reyes , laughed a LOT with the GIF, so true :P jajaja... also, I've noticed that in Boards it changes colors like in negative or something like that? instead of maybe taking down the value/brightness...and looks not good :S I mean, not the end of the world...just letting you know :D

Jorge Nava (SolidCapo) hello Jorge! indeed, Boards doesn’t look that good in dark mode. Same experience here 🖐️

Thanks for raising it too!

I wouldn’t say “no” to an enhancement 😄

Jorge de los Reyes jajaja..yeap, it would be nice, and now that I've noticed, the lists color didn't change, only the background but to a so different color that makes us perceive the other colors ugly too :P anyway, all the colors should be adjusted in value I suppose...not sure how it works :P

Jorge Nava (SolidCapo) I have recently reported a CSS issue regarding the fonts. So, maybe, there could be other CSS issues as well 😅

Jorge de los Reyes Hope it is...but I think it works like the https://darkreader.org/ from several years ago that changed to that type of colors...not sure... :S hope someone can find the issue and improve it :P

PS: how do you report problems/suggestions? cause I've been trying using the roadmaps but they seem abandoned, and here not sure if they see them :S

Jorge Nava (SolidCapo) yep. Roadmaps doesn’t seem to be engaging any more.

Sharing here in the community seems to be the good place: just choose the topic “feature request”.

You can also open a ticket. But tbh, I think the community may be better so as to track interest, feedback, and let other users know about previous request.

Jorge de los Reyes Ok, thanks for the suggestions, but I think roadmaps should be more used, also cause it has the voting options... :S

Anyway, will continue to report issues :P

Jorge Nava (SolidCapo) Totally agree. The community can feel a bit scattered, even though we already have categories like Feature Requests and Bug Reports.

That said, if the roadmaps seem a little empty, I think it’s because the community has quietly won the engagement battle.

Why just upvote an item when you can jump into a discussion with dozens of other users, exchange ideas, refine suggestions, and get feedback in real time?

I think it’s mostly a matter of context and user behavior. For many people (especially those who aren’t particularly tech-savvy) a forum-style discussion feels much more natural than a public roadmap. They may not even understand the purpose of a roadmap, whereas posting in the community is immediately intuitive.

Ideally, both should complement each other: the community for discussion and discovery, and the roadmap as the place where the final, refined feature requests are tracked and prioritized.

In current times of super powerful AI, I’d suggest an automation for nurturing the roadmaps with the community posts that matter for a roadmap. Probably this way, there will be less missed requests or ideas 🤔

Jorge de los Reyes The roadmaps are empty cause the wpninjas don't use it anymore and only in FC are public (the part where we can see what ourselves and others contribute to them), I've posted so many in Boards and Community, but only can see them in Community, look:
https://community.wpmanageninja.com/portal/space/community-meta/post/featurerequest-or-roadmap
And also here:
https://community.wpmanageninja.com/portal/space/fluent-boards/post/make-public-the-ideas-on-fb-roadmap
And most recently, here:
https://community.wpmanageninja.com/portal/post/introducing-the-whole-new-fluentboards-2?comment_id=58890

And also uploaded a ticket but the answer was that higher authorities decided not to do it, but will have it on consideration, that's why I've been posting about it so more people can vote for it, but now I'm not sure if it's needed...I'll begin to post here as feature and see if people react and vote for them, cause also, don't understand why we can't add photos in roadmaps ideas for example :S

Anyway...thanks for answering and giving options my friend.

And look, just realized that in FBoards Space there's no Suggestion or Ideas or something like that... :S argh...well, had to post normal:

Just trying to know if this is being worked on because still suffering with those colors :P
