For end-users, this is useful when plugins haven't updated yet. But All plugins should update after new strict rule instead of disabling the warning 😏
Most probably the error is initiated from another plugin and then WP tried to boot all the text-domains. Can you recreate with a fresh installation?
Shahjahan Jewel Cuong Thach and I will try to install it on a new website with only FluentCommunity, and will let you know. (With FluentForm, this has been fixed)
Shahjahan Jewel When you use the FluentCommunity Free version on WP .org, there will be this warning, but when you install the Pro version, there will be no more warning.
