I am looking at integrating WhatsApp into my fluent suite, and saw it somewhere, but can't find it now.
I also searched this community and didn't find anyone talking about it. Which fluent products use WhatsApp? Also trying to figure out if I need WhatsApp business or would a personal account work. Who is using WhatsApp in their digital marketing and e-commerce?
You are most likely referring to WP Social Ninja. I haven't seen any news about its integration into FluentCommunity.
They really should have their own chat plugin that could integrated/be activated into various Fluent products.
