How to upgrade from 2 License deal to the 100 Lifetime for $100/month before end of day?

Shahjahan Jewel  - what is best approach here??? The only option I see to upgrade is the one time lump payment option. Please help? I posted a ticket to Support desk already, but since time is of essence, posting question here, too. Thanks!
