Help with proper Fluent stack

I have a main site (hub) with 5 separate sites (not multisites) that all have free subscribers and membership, paid and free community and lastly, booking for each separate site. I do want to make strong use of tags and lists. I have working knowledge of Ameila and Gravity Forms but I want to use all of Fluent stack to keep everything cohesive and integrated without issues. I do have working knowledge of API and webhooks.

  1. Do I need FCRM on all of the sites or just the main / hub site?
  2. Are there any issues with having FCRM on a subdomain of the main hub site subdomain.hubsite.[com]?

I use FCRM on my community site. Better to put it where your users are. My main site is a blog, so I don't want or need users there. The user site is a subdomain.

Since FCRM has webhooks, I can still put forms on my main site to build my email list.
