Hello Community,

I need to sign up for an "official" email delivery provider, as I don't want to get my website hosting service into hot water over me sending 500 emails at a time. Their limit is 100/hr. Small volumes... I know.

I created a few different applications with the FluentCRM Pro ecosystem this past year. It's been a great journey. My latest project is my 4th, and the first that is not specifically for my company. It is for a non-profit membership list, but I'm not the non-profit. I will be providing a communications service to them.

Over the next 3-4 months, my volume will increase to (est.) 10,000 emails/month. From my screenshot below, which of these would be your top pick? This is just a screenshot of my options, according to the Fluent... website.

I know there are many experienced people in this community. Thanks in advance for your input.

My community has members exclusively from the European Union, so GDPR is an important issue. With 200 members, the community “produces” around 4,000 emails per month.

I use Brevo. A year ago, I was able to sign up for a plan for transactional emails: 20,000 emails per month for just over €100 per year. Unfortunately, that plan is no longer available.

If I need more emails, I will switch to Sweego:

Depends on the number of members, spaces, and activity.

Ross FCA Content that needs to be sent out to a membership database. I ended up getting it sorted out in the end.

I use Amazon SES. It's reliable and inexpensive. It's also very difficult to get accepted these days, Postmark is likely the best one I've encountered because of its ability to separate transactional and marketing emails. Brevo and others have cross-chatter among these types of emails that eventually affect your reputation. PostMark is, in my experience, the best to protect your reputation.

I ended up doing a bunch of ChatGPT research to see what it could come up with. As it happens SMTP2GO was a good option for me. I used it on a small broadcast already, without issue. I believe I have it all configured properly. I will keep transactional emails on my website's server as the number will be fairly low for the next year.
