Form Abandonments in Fluent Forms

I know that there is a feature in fluent forms that take care of abandon form submissions but can we send notification to a customer based on it? for example if customer has filled the first step with email and name and left the form we will wait 30 min and then send him a reminder email that there is a abandon form on your site kindly fill it
