FluentCart X Direct Shipping Integrations
In FluentCart, will there ever be direct integrations for shipping companies like UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc etc. where shipping prices are displayed in app based on your product (dimensions, weight, etc.)?
When I think of something like this, I think of PirateShip, which is something I have used very frequently, and has an integration for WooCommerce.
I was just thinking the same thing, I was on Pirate Ship's website and dreaming of it working with FluentCart, but it sounds like that's something they will need to work out directly with them, as there is no public API.
Nelson Miller, I just submitted a request on the Pirate Ship site to integrate with FluentCart.
Go to this page and click Connect New Source, select Other, and then enter FluentCart.
William BeemΒ Nice! Shahjahan JewelΒ your team might have more influence if you ask directly, but other users can be encouraged to take these steps.
William BeemΒ Nelson MillerΒ Doing the same thing!
I believe then mentioned yes they will be.
Here's a screenshot from the roadmap for FluentCart. It's planned for later this year. No idea if they plan for more than DHL or FedEx. I hope so.
We love pirate ship and have clients that use them as well, we 2nd this
5lakes MarketingΒ I didn't know about Pirate Ship, but just checked out the website. That looks like a helpful service. Also, my wife likes pirate ships.
any updates on this? Pirate Ship integration can only come from Pirate Ship at the request of FluentCart?
JeffΒ Id be curious if the Fluent team reached out - but when I spoke to PS, they said volume of requests by us would certainly help.
Ryan AlierΒ I created an account on pirate ship just so I could do that! Now that I am preparing to sell physical products asap, I was super thankful for the thread you started, and like many others around here, it had basically faded into the sunset π
JeffΒ Haha, glad I could add some value!!
I've been aware of Pirate Ship and using it since 2020.
Ran my entire Etsy store with Pirate Ship and it did me very well.
I don't sell physical anymore, but now I have customers who use it and it would be great to move off Woo.
and yeah... Tons of good ideas, code, and requests, but only so much fish you can grab with the net, huh?
