Fluent Support Vulnerability
I just received a message from my web host that Fluent support has a vulnerability and that I must uninstall it from all of my websites because there is no fix or patch for the security issue.
Is this true?
Appears to be a real issue.
Can the team confirm that Fluent Support should be uninstalled until a made it made?
Hac Media We had an issue yesterday. We worked with the WP Plugin repository team, and it's live again.
The issue is fixed now.
What was the problem: The problem was with the file storage system. Almost all the server systems disable file indexing, including nginx. Some hosting like cpanel and old Apache keep file indexing enabled by default. In that case, files can be indexed by direct URL. We have fixed the issue.
Shahjahan Jewel great news, thanks. It may be a good idea to notify all users that it has been patched because I'm sure many are getting notifications from their web hosts indicating the issue has not been patched.
