Fluent Support: How to Block Incoming Email Address?
Hi,
I have email piping active on a site and I don't want to disable it. However, there's an odd problem.
One of my vendors uses that email address. When their support system responds, it sends an email and opens a ticket in my Fluent Support system. When I close that ticket, a new ticket opens in their system.
The robots keep talking to each other in an endless loop. So what can I do to prevent a ticket from a specific email account from opening in Fluent Support?
Ah, never mind! I just discovered the option to Close Ticket Silently so it doesn't send an email. Brilliant idea.
William BeemΒ If this is an easy method, can you share it for reference?
Artur AbakarovΒ Sure, it's easy to do. Just not obvious. I added two screenshots.
One shows my FluentSupport header. Notice the three vertical dots on the Right side.
The other shows the menu that appears when you click those dots. Choose the option to Close Silently and it will not send an email to the ticket submitter.
