Fluent SMTP Issue on Xcloud
The same issue is repeating itself. I can send a test text message no problem. But a test HTML fails. I think because you have some type of link in it. I was updating a password to an email on datacenterdilemma.ai. I was able to send an email from the crm with an image and that worked fine. Please advise
Since the plain-text test and the CRM email with an image both send successfully, could you share the SMTP Server Response from the failed HTML test? You can find it under FluentSMTP → Email Logs by clicking the eye icon beside the failed email. This will help us identify why that particular message is being rejected.
Also, which email provider or connection are you using in FluentSMTP, and does the CRM email use that same connection?
