Fluent SMTP - In emails the From and Reply To repeats itself twice.

From and Reply To Address appears twice:

From: name@mydomain.com name@mydomain.com

Reply To: name@mydomain.com name@mydomain.com>

I've unchecked Force From Email, and, Set Return Path...

I've also set "Force Sender Name" to Support or Admin.

But nothing changes.

Why is does it do this? Why does it repeat? How can I stop it?
