Fluent Forms: Save Form Progress generating faulty link

I am using Fluent Forms stepped form with the landing page option enabled.
Form landing page link: https://corvit.com/networks/?ff_landing=3

When a user clicks to generate a form resume link, by clicking the "Save Form Progress" button; it gives a link like "corvit.com/networks/networks/?ff_landing=3&fluent_state=......" instead of "corvit.com/networks/?ff_landing=3&fluent_state=......"

It gives a "Page not found" in the browser tab and is not good for our user experience.
